Ralph E. Grant
Director, Business Development
Minor in Chemistry, Missouri University of Science & Technology
Prior to college, Ralph was a Project Manager with Ramsey Schilling Consulting in Kansas City, MO doing Project Management on architectural, environmental, and facilities management projects. As an undergraduate, he worked closely with Dr. Oliver Sitton and the Rock Mechanics and Explosives Research Center doing lab analytics and programming.
Following graduation, Ralph accepted a position with Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals in St. Louis, MO in their corporate engineering group where he held positions of increasing responsibility doing project management on a variety of capital projects throughout North America. After 5 years, he transitioned to Operations as a Senior Process Engineer of a highly automated 760 metric ton active pharmaceutical intermediates plant.
In 2000, Ralph accepted a position with EcoLab in South Beloit, Illinois as Engineering Sales Manager and was responsible for a $30MM business unit with emphasis on business development, marketing and engineering projects in the Food, Beverage, and Pharmaceutical Industries.
In 2005, he formed Grant Process Solutions where he did consulting to fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries with an emphasis on master planning, engineering project development, owners representation and program delivery.
In 2007, Ralph returned to Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals in St. Louis as Senior Director of Engineering where he was responsible for the strategic master planning of capital projects throughout the company for over a decade.
In 2018, Ralph returned to consulting and joined CRB (Clark Richardson and Biskup) as their Director of Business Development in St. Louis, MO where he is currently responsible for client relationships and business development in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, and other markets.
Ralph has professional affiliations with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers, Saint Louis Council of Construction Consumers and the Design Build Institute of America.
